So, a couple of times in the past few weekends I have found myself semi-DJing on a college radio station. And not on purpose.
Life is very strange sometimes.
My DJ name is FoxieRoxie.

Guest DJ on college radio...I've finally made it into the big leagues.

I guess it's the fact that it's referencing SexyBack, and the idea of linking schoolchildren and 'bringing sexy back' is a little strange to me. But that's America, I guess.
But you're also right: why did they entrust their children's lives to a penguin? How can he even see over the wheel?
